Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using the Préstamos: Dinero Sin Buró application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

The App is owned and operated by Vizum Technologies, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("we", "our" or "the Company").

Préstamos: Dinero Sin Buró is a loan aggregation and marketing platform that allows users to compare and access loan offers from external partner lenders.

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a legal resident of the United Mexican States;
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

The App operates as follows:

• Browse offers: you can explore and compare loan offers from various partner lenders;
• Redirection: when you select an offer of interest, you will be redirected to the corresponding lender's platform;
• Application & approval: the loan application, evaluation, and approval process takes place entirely on the lender's platform, subject to their own requirements and conditions;
• No guarantee: we do not guarantee the approval of any loan or that the terms shown in the App will remain unchanged at the time of application.

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law;
• Not attempt unauthorized access to the App's systems or infrastructure;
• Not use the App for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities;
• Not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App's content without prior written authorization.

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, interface design, and source code, is the property of Vizum Technologies, S.A.P.I. de C.V. or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Mexico and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied;
• We are not responsible for the products, services, terms, or conditions offered by partner lenders;
• We do not guarantee that the App will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities;
• We shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App;
• We are not responsible for any financial loss resulting from decisions made based on information presented in the App.

The App may contain links or redirect to third-party lender websites and services. Such services are subject to independent terms and conditions established by each lender.

By accessing a lender's services through our App, you establish a direct relationship with that lender. We are not a party to any loan agreement entered into between you and the partner lender.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication in the App with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the App after publication of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. For the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Provisions that by their nature should remain in effect will survive termination.
